Mobility Management, an equally novel and promising concept to promote
sustainable transport, still varies from country to country both
in terms of scope and level of implementation. EPOMM, the European
Platform on Mobility Management, seeks to remedy this, by:
- promotion and further development of Mobility Management in
Europe
- fine tuning the implementation between the Member States of
the EU and other countries · providing a forum for all those interested
in Mobility Management: representatives from EU member governments,
local and regional authorities, researchers, major employers,
transport operators and other user groups.
- Organising workshops and seminars, promotion of training courses
- A halfyearly newsletter
- Last, but not least, the website: www.epomm.org
with a great number of structured information on mobility management
and successful examples of mobility management

ELTIS is an interactive guide to current transport measures, policies
and practices implemented in cities and regions across Europe and
also serves as a forum for you to participate in the debate on the
latest European transport policies and tools. Its aim is to support
a practical transfer of knowledge and exchange of experience in
the field of urban and regional transport in Europe and so help
create a more sustainable living environment, one which provides
greater accessibility and mobility to its inhabitants.
Communicate via the ELTIS
website.
