D 9 (~250 pp.): The Final
Report compiles a general description as well as all findings
of MOST in one unique document. It contains the reports D 5, 6 and
7 (see below) in more comprehensive versions, and gives an outline
on new insights and the applicability of findings to accession countries.
05/03
The MOST MET, the monitoring
and evaluation toolkit (~1.5 MB), is meant to support practitioners
in their efforts to monitor and evaluate the impacts of Mobility Management.
05/03
D 8 (~5 pp.):
The web site manual describes features and functions of the
web site.
02/03
D 7 (~50 pp.): The MOST
report on key recommendations from MOST covers the areas design,
implementation, monitoring & evaluation of future mobility management
projects. It is mainly addressed to practitioners who plan to realise
Mobility Management.
12/02
D 6 (~80 pp.): The MOST
report on the framework for Mobility Management across Europe
summarises the results of an analysis of frameworks on a European
level as well as for 14 European countries. The results of the policy
research have led to a model for the analysis of framework conditions
(P.A.I.R.-scheme), which can help to identify strengths and weaknesses.
04/03
D 5: The MOST report
on implementation and evaluation results. Part A (~25 pp.) gives
an overview upon the methodologies to investigate implementation processes
and impacts of MM. Part B (~160 pp.) gives detailed descriptions of
all 32 demonstration projects in MOST including their results and
recommendations. Part C (~75 pp.) extracts common success factors
or barriers to MM on the basis of comparisons among all demonstrations.
An Index for part B allows for quick reference to topics of interest.
04/03
D 4 (~60 pp.
+ 40 pp.): The MOST mid-term report describes all work realised
within MOST (including implementation and research activities) in
the first 18 project months.
07/02
D 3 (~60 pp.): This combined
report of WP 1 "Conceptual framework" and WP 3 "Monitoring
and Evaluation" provides an overview on the state-of-the-art of
Mobility Management including recommendations for implementation as
a starting point for the MOST research and demonstration sites. It
gives them guidelines at hand in the form of 2 toolkits: the implementation
toolkit (~100 pp.) and the MET, the monitoring and evaluation toolkit
(~75 pp.). The latter is available as an updated document (see below).
06/01
D 2 (~25 pp):
The Dissemination and Awareness Plan lays out the marketing
strategy for MOST. Target Groups, Instruments and Channels to spread
the results are defined here.
05/00
D 1: The Inception

to create a common understanding about the definition of Mobility
Management.
