Greenside of the Black Seaside (Constanza, Romania)
The Green Side of the Black Seaside - a programme to reduce car traffic and increase the use of public transport and improve tourism in the Constanta Region. A number of measures will be employed, nationally and regionally, to promote the use of sustainable public transport including posters, workshops, website, leaflets and press conferences.
